Conducting the Meetings

We will meet in a conference call every few days and request participants to log into a common chat room.

In order to facilitate the communication we kindly ask to stick to a few simple recommendations:

Please type your comment (C:) or question (Q:) into the chat before you speak up and try where applicable to refer to a specific test case or section of the standard. Maybe you also want to paste a link into the chat.

How to use chat service

1. Go to http://xades-portal.etsi.org/protected/chat/index.php
2. Log in using your username and password (the same that you have used to log in to the portal).

Meeting #1 (Introduction meeting) - 18 March 2014; Time 10:30 AM

Dear all,
ETSI is pleased to invite you to the Introduction conference call for the ASIC 2014 Remote Interoperability Event on Tuesday 18 March 2014 at 10:30 CET/GMT+1.

The purpose of this kick off meeting is to present the portal, to present how to conduct the testing and answer to the questions from participants.

The Plugtests event starts officially on Monday 24 March 2014 but we agreed to open the portal on Monday 17 March , but in read-only mode ( no signature upload possible). It will let all the participants more time to prepare the testing by reading the documentation and test cases. From 24th March, the participants will have the possibility to upload their prepared signatures.

All information on the interoperability event can be found on http://xades-portal.etsi.org
As you are registered, you have already received to a login and password for the portal and the chat service.

Please connect also to the chat service during the meeting, as this private chatroom will also used to exchange written information during the meetings and for taking notes on the fly

This will be the opportunity to make a first status of the testing progress and discuss about the issues you wish to raise. Do not hesitate also to send your questions in the mailing list so we can prepare answer in advance.

This will be the opportunity to present the “negative” testcases and the new testcases requested in the mailing list. We will also discuss about the issues raised at the Plugtest. Do not hesitate also to send your questions in the mailing list so we can prepare answer in advance.
